One of the big players on the international stage in terms of Advertising has a great opening currently available: BBDO is seeking an Excutive Assistant for its Chicago office!

Details of the position: calendar management for Agency & Clients meetings on a daily basis; schedule and organize travel itineraries and travel arrangements; completing expense reports; answering phone calls and communicating message; administrative support including filing, copying, and typing correspondence, presentations (PowerPoint edits) and spreadsheet; maintain contacts in outlook; ordering/ up keep of office supplies; internet and phone research; setting up/cleaning up meetings (preparing conference rooms, ordering food & beverage, setting up a/v equipment, using props and office items as directed and keeping the agency’s asthetic in mind.

What they’re looking for: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required; computer skills- expert skills in Microsoft Outlook (including calendar management), PowerPoint, Excel; proven experience successfully managing travel itineraries; demonstrate initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment; high degree of integrity and the ability to recognize the requirements of confidentiality; proven ability to work both independently and within a team; entrepreneurial approach to task management; flexibility and adaptability to various changing working conditions based on the priorities of those involved.
