The inability to access files that are stored on your desktop remotely from your hand held device can be frustrating. Responsibilities: be the face of Dropbox! Greet guests, answer phones, referee ping pong matches (the table is in the lobby); oversee our free lunch and snacks program – coordinate, manage and schedule catering; order, unpack and keep inventory of snacks and other kitchen supplies; take pride in the appearance and presentation of our office space; maintain contacts list, order business cards; research, price, purchase and maintain office furniture and supplies; maintain filing system, get documents signed, assist in the employee onboarding process; plan events for birthdays, special events, company dinners, off-site and meetings; setup/coordinate meetings and phone calls; setup accommodations and entertainment arrangements for company visitor; draft communications for CEO and special projects as needed by Executive Management.

What they’re looking for: Bachelor’s Degree; 2+ years of administrative experience; startup experience; event planning experience; basic experience with Photoshop and Quickbooks; supreme multitasking ability and strong sense of discretion; willingness to identify projects, dive in head first with minimal supervision and see them through to completion.
