Unreasonable Institute – Entrepreneurship Program in Boulder!

Posted on October 18, 2010

Today, the Daily Job Finder blog highlights an excellent opportunity for budding entrepreneurs: the Unreasonable Institute offers the chance to accelerate your venture through an 8 week boot camp in Boulder, Colorado! The next boot camp starts June 9th, 2011 and concludes August 4th.
The aim of the Unreasonable Institute is to bring together 25 leading entrepreneurs in early stage startups and provide them with mentorship, guidance, and the ability to pitch their ideas to funders. At the end of the 8 weeks, all of the entrepreneurs pitch their newly refined ventures to their peers and two are awarded $75,000 to implement in their businesses.
The first place we would suggest to start is the “Final Presentations” section of their website. There you’ll get an idea of the type of projects that they pick. Next, go over the eligibility criteria. Fellows are expected to raise $10,000 for their project prior to the start date of the program, but once at the boot camp, all costs during the entire 8 week period are covered by the Institute! The Deadline to apply for the 2011 fellowship is November 20th, 2010.
Sound interesting? You can apply by filling an application on their website (link below).
