Gizmodo – Editorial Marketing Intern

Posted on January 25, 2011

If the blogosphere were a monopoly board, Gawker Media would be your older brother with green hotels dotting all the major avenues. Cash in with a part-time position with a blog-network that wikipedia has valued at an estimated $300 million; today’s position: Gawker Media’s gadget blog, Gizmodo, is on the hunt for Editorial Interns for three months.

The absolute musts of the position are worth getting to right off the bat: available to work at least two full days per week, able to begin February or March, and a working computer with reliable internet connection.

The position will immerse the interested and worthy parties with practical experience in online marketing/online media. Using analytics to dissect the behavioral patterns of the blog’s readership – think of them as a frog and yourself as a seventh grader with a scalpel – is a key component of the position.

Wanna apply? Send an email to telling them a little about what makes you tick and why you’re the puzzle piece they’re missing to complete their prairie sunset. Also, paste, do no attach your CV.
