Just Means – Research Analyst

Posted on January 26, 2011

Carrying around a halogen water bottle, knowing which types of plastics can be recycled, and composting in your living room while your significant other watches Lost, means that sustainability is probably a word that you pepper into conversations between eight and two hundred and sixty-four times a day. Today’s position is for the environmentally conscious: Just Means is searching for an entry-level Research Analyst to work in their Portland office.

Just Means does three things which are cool: thing one – connect people to allow them to do business better (e.g. they host events); thing two – they have the information and resources to facilitate thing one; and, thing three – they rank companies based on their environmental and social impacts.

The raison d’être of the position is to work, as part of a team, on a comprehensive environmental, social and governance research project. The end of the research project will transition into developing a new series of products, where you, the Research Analyst, will work directly with Just Means management.

Steak dinners, with all the trimmings will be standard monthly fare: the position comes with a competitive full-time salary. And if steak isn’t your schtick, more coin for the piggy bank.

Wanna apply? Send your CV and cover letter, detailing your interest in the position, to klong@justmeans.com.
