Ottawa Museum Network – Marketing and Communications Officer

The Ottawa Museum Network is recruiting a Marketing and Communications Officer.

Responsibilities: manage the Ottawa Museum Network brand; refresh and refine the OMN marketing strategy; manage relationships with agencies and media partners; write copy, edit and approve content for marketing; manage budgets for the annual campaign and marketing projects; ork with the Executive Director to develop an internal and external communications strategy that embodies the OMN brand, mission, vision and values; administrate the Ottawa Museum Networks’ Library Museum Pass partnership program.

What they’re looking for: University degree or college diploma in marketing, public relations, communications or a suitable combination of education and experience; a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in a marketing or communications role; bilingual; knowledge of Adobe Suite or basic graphic design an asset.

This position is a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension, and an annual salary of $42,000.
