IndEco is looking for an Office Administrator for its Toronto office.

Responsibilities: a range of tasks which include bookkeeping, customer care, outbound calling, data entry, research and analysis for consulting projects and more.

What they’re looking for: computer experience in Mac OS X; strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email systems; working knowledge of Lotus Notes, QuickBooks, or Adobe Creative Suite an asset; willingness to learn new software packages is essential; excellent written and oral English; strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills; experience in a consulting environment is an asset.
