Kickstarter is seeking a Customer Service Rep to work out of their NYC office on the Lower East Side. The role will involve dealing directly with community users and navigating their ideas, problems and desires in such a way that they have the best possible experience of the platform.

Profile: treat everyone under the sun with personal care and respect; communicate simply and effectively (without losing your personality); be a go-between; keep calm in the line of fire; connect the dots and solve problems; organization and task management; work efficiently and be proactive about making things more efficient; help people shape their ideas into functional and wonderful projects.
