Today’s position: HMV is currently accepting applications for a Marketing Internship in Etobicoke, Ontario!
Responsibilities: support the Customer Rewards team in planning programs in support of the rewards strategy; assist with website content and ensure accuracy of all posted material; assist the merchandising of the site and ensure the site is kept up-to-date and appealing; source images, coordinate photography and write descriptions for product content; maintain the program’s social media communications to drive brand recognition.
What they’re looking for: currently enrolled in a Marketing or related program; newsletter or copywriting experience is an asset; demonstrated understanding of creative design and publishing practices; advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Adobe as well as experience with social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter; strong detail, analytical, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills; strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines; bilingual in both official languages is an asset.
This position is an unpaid internship for approx 3 months.
